It’s great to see new builds with thermal imaging conduction. We are delighted to announce that we’ve teamed up with New Build Inspections Ltd the largest snagging company in the UK.

New Build Inspections have carried out thousands of snagging inspections on every size and style of a new build. They’ve seen it all – the good, the bad and the outrageous – and have a reputation for eagle-eyed surveys and advocating for their homeowners.

A snagging inspector will record visible (patent) defects at the time of their visit. However, he will occasionally have a suspicion about an element that he can’t see, such as insulation or fire socks in cavities. These are potentially latent or hidden defects, and the best snagging companies will raise these concerns with the homeowner and suggest that further investigations may be needed.
